Our clinicians provide psychotherapy services to students and their families. There are a variety of methods our team may use to deal with emotional or behavioral problems, including a blend of solution-focused and family systems therapies, cognitive and dialectical behavioral techniques, and relational-interpersonal process therapy. We work with students as well as their families to address a broad range of presenting problems, including:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Young adult transition and adjustment
  • Emotional dysregulation
  • Family crisis and transitions
  • ADHD
  • Learning disabilities
  • School resistance and academic underperformance
  • Behavior and adjustment problems
  • Social skills and self-confidence
  • Parent-child conflict
